How to Replace the Shimano Frame Battery Lock / Lock Cylinder
- To remove the old lock, the lower battery mount on the rear rack must be detached.
- The battery lock forms a single unit with the Shimano frame battery plastic housing and the replacement frame battery lock offered here. This unit must be removed for replacement.
ABUS OneKey for Shimano Steps Lock Cylinder BLO SHI DT1
The ABUS XPlus lock cylinder is available with the practical OneKey option. This allows you to have customised lock cylinders made to match your existing ABUS keys. Especially helpful if you already use ABUS locks.
