Thanks to our automated order processing, specially trained staff and strong shipping service providers, we can usually get your e-bike battery in the air within 24 to 48 hours. After just a few hours or days, you can already use your new battery anywhere in the world.

Tip for ordering: Use an instant payment method such as PayPal, Amazon Pay or credit card. Only fully paid orders will be shipped immediately! If you choose the payment method ‘Prepayment/bank transfer’, your order will only be processed once payment has been received in our account.

Secure shipping of batteries by air with DHL or the postal service is currently not possible.

Why can't all countries be supplied by air freight?

Currently, there are very few shipping providers that deliver lithium-ion batteries to private customers at a reasonable price. Local authorities and their strict import regulations are often the reason for this. Therefore, we are currently unable to offer shipping to China, Israel or Australia. We are continuing to work on improving our service for you and offering additional delivery countries. Please feel free to check this page at any time for the latest air freight delivery options. With our other shipping methods – not express/air freight – we are also happy to ship your new e-bike battery to many other countries in Europe and around the world.

How much does it cost to ship by air?

Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery and postcode. Within Europe, these are usually between £100 and £150. Outside Europe, they are between £150 and £350. The exact shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. How to ensure your e-bike battery arrives safely

How long is the delivery time?

Within Germany and neighbouring countries, the delivery time is a maximum of one to two working days. Outside Europe, delivery usually takes between two and five working days after receipt of the order. Once your battery has been collected by UPS, you will receive the estimated delivery date in the shipment tracking. Please note that in the DACH region, UPS Express Saver shipping is only carried out by air in exceptional cases, as delivery by truck is usually faster. Before ordering, please ensure that the battery is compatible with your e-bike. We cannot always cover the shipping costs for a return if the battery does not fit or is not needed. Within the EU, we can cover the return shipping costs based on our terms and conditions. Please note that shipping costs will only be refunded at the regular standard shipping rates applicable to the country of delivery. Additional costs for express delivery by air will not be refunded.

Import and customs clearance for shipments outside the EU

Please note that additional import regulations or restrictions may apply depending on the country of delivery. Therefore, please check the specific regulations before placing your order. During shipment tracking, UPS will inform you as soon as any fees are due. These can usually be paid directly online.

Important note for self-organised battery shipping

If you organise the shipment of your order via a shipping company of your choice, please note that we do not accept any responsibility for the preparation of dangerous goods or export documents. Our obligation is limited exclusively to handing over the battery to the shipping company you have chosen.

The shipping company is solely responsible for preparing all necessary shipping documents, including dangerous goods and export papers, and for ensuring that all legal requirements are met. Please ensure that your logistics partner has the necessary knowledge and authorisations to handle the shipment properly.

If the shipping company you have commissioned is unable to carry out the shipment properly and the battery is returned to us as a result, the return shipment will be at your expense. This includes both the storage and return transport fees incurred and any other associated costs. To avoid delays or additional effort, we recommend that you clarify all necessary details with your shipping company in advance.
