Cube has kicked off the 2026 season. Among the novelties, there are a manageable number of truly new models. The manufacturer has concentrated more on the details of certain model series and models. The focus is on integrating new motors from Bosch and implementing Shimano’s new electronic derailleurs. Fortunately, there is something new to discover in every segment β from e-mountain bikes, trekking ebikes, and e-cargo bikes to ebikes for the youngest riders.

1. New Cube AMS Hybrid 177 C:62: Enduro goes light
At Cube, the abbreviation βAMSβ stands for full-suspension e-mountain bikes that are designed to be as light as possible, featuring the lightest drive system from Bosch and a carbon frame. Until now, these were available with the Cube AMS Hybrid One44, which features a maximum suspension travel of 140 millimeters at the front and rear. Now, the manufacturer is applying the same principle to an enduro-ready full-suspension e-MTB.
On the new Cube AMS Hybrid 177, the suspension travel for the rear triangle and suspension fork increases to a whopping 170 millimeters. In addition, Cube is switching to a mullet setup with a 29-inch wheel at the front and a smaller 27.5-inch wheel at the rear. The carbon frame houses the more powerful Bosch Performance Line CX motor. In terms of performance, the Cube AMS Hybrid 177 thus sets itself apart from the Cube AMS Hybrid One44, which is more suited to gentler trails. With its more aggressive geometry and two kilograms less weight, it also stands out noticeably from the Cube Stereo One77, which is designed for identical terrain.
In the two more expensive versions, Super TM and AT, Cube even installs the even sportier Bosch Performance Line CX-R. All models feature the new Bosch Kiox 400C with an integrated charging port for mobile devices and a 600-watt-hour Bosch PowerTube battery. You can add an additional 250 watt-hours to the system relatively easily with the Bosch PowerMore 250. However, the range extender is not included as standard equipment.
When presenting the new model for 2026, Cube mentions that the motor mount also allows the installation of a Bosch Performance Line SX motor. However, to our knowledge, the manufacturer does not currently offer this option. At least not ex works.
A little tidbit for all tech nerds. For its top model, the Cube AMS Hybrid One77 C:62 Super TM 600X, Cube has opted for a Fox Podium inverted suspension fork. This is quite rare.

2. More full-suspension e-mountain bikes from Cube for the 2026 season
2.1 Cube AMS Hybrid One44
2.2 Cube Stereo Hybrid One77
2.3 Cube Stereo Hybrid One44
2.4 Cube Stereo Hybrid One22
2.1 Cube AMS Hybrid One44
The new Cube AMS Hybrid One44 can now be considered the little brother of the Cube AMS Hybrid 177. But that doesn’t mean it’s a step down. With its two carbon versions, the C:68X and C:62, the lightweight e-MTB remains the benchmark when it comes to low overall weight. Despite the different materials, the respective frames feature identical geometry. The option to adjust the steering angle is also a constant feature throughout the entire model range.
The 140 millimetres of travel at the rear and 140 millimetres at the front fork give you plenty of freedom for riding on easier and more demanding trails. This is especially true since Bosch recently updated the Performance Line SX to boost its power a little more. Together with the Bosch CompactTube 400, this results in a full-fledged drive that can support you in turbo mode for many kilometers. In addition, the Bosch PowerMore 250 is a solution if you want to tackle longer distances or more elevation gain.
For the 2026 season, Cube is equipping the Pro, SLX, and SLT models with Shimano groupsets. The Cube AMS Hybrid One44 C:68X SLT 400X comes with the new Shimano XTR Di2, bringing the total weight to a respectable 16.8 kilograms.

2.2 Cube Stereo Hybrid One77
As the e-mountain bike of choice when the terrain is extremely rocky and invites you to take ever bigger jumps, the Cube Stereo Hybrid One77 now has a new addition to the family. Its big advantage over the aforementioned Cube AMS Hybrid 177 is definitely its larger battery. The Bosch PowerTube 800 increases the weight, but it also extends your tours. Otherwise, both models have a lot in common with 170 millimetres of travel and a mullet setup. The aluminium rear triangle of the Cube Stereo Hybrid One77 gives it a slight price advantage. And in some situations, a few extra grams can also make for a smoother ride and easier control on the trails.
With the Bosch Performance Line CX-R, the Cube Stereo Hybrid One77 HPC SLT is definitely the highlight of the series. However, you’ll also find its Shimano Deore XT Di2 derailleur and Bosch ABS Pro on the Cube Stereo Hybrid One77 HPC AT. The electronic shifting systems are available down to the TM version. And only the Race version doesn’t feature the Bosch Kiox 400C display integrated into the top tube.

2.3 Cube Stereo Hybrid One44
The sheer breadth of the model range alone illustrates the high status enjoyed by the new Cube Stereo Hybrid One44 in the 2026 season. A total of eleven different versions speak for themselves. With 140 millimeters of travel at the front and rear, this trail bike meets a requirement that, with the right riding technique, can result in a whole lot of riding fun.
The manufacturer continues to offer its bestseller with both carbon and aluminum frames. The former version not only has the advantage of being slightly lighter, but also has a slight edge with 150 millimeters of suspension fork travel. In return, only selected models with aluminum frames come with the full range of equipment you need to ride safely in all weather conditions in road traffic.
Once again, the top model boasts the World Cup-proven special edition of the Bosch Performance Line CX, the Bosch Performance Line CX-R. Shifting and braking are top-notch thanks to the Shimano Deore XT Di2 group and Bosch ABS Pro. We are a bit disappointed that the new Bosch Kiox 400C with its charging option was not also installed on the aluminum frame models.

2.4 Cube Stereo Hybrid One22
As a classic entry-level model into the world of full-suspension e-mountain bikes, the Cube Stereo Hybrid One22 has 120 millimetres of rear suspension travel and 130 millimetres of front suspension travel. The manufacturer sees it as more than just an e-MTB. For them, this model series is also a candidate for people who, in addition to commuting in everyday life, also enjoy off-road excursions in their free time. This is especially true for the FE versions with mudguards, rear racks, and permanently installed lighting systems.
Where no lights are installed ex-factory, you can at least easily add a front headlight. The necessary X-Connect interface is found on all models. Cube offers a range of different lights whose plugs can be connected to the X-Connect socket without any further assembly. Matching mounts are also available, of course.
The top model in the series, the Cube Stereo Hybrid One22 SLT, stands out with the new Shimano Deore XT Di2 electronic derailleur and Bosch ABS Pro.

3. Cube Reaction Hybrid β the hardtail e-mountain bike from Cube for the 2026 season
New colors and the familiar enormous range await you in the 2026 season with the Cube Reaction Hybrid. The hardtail with suspension fork is available with a diamond frame, mid-step frame and low-step frame. The first two use 29-inch wheels, while the low-step frame uses 27.5-inch wheels.
In line with the variety of frames, you can choose between models with different Bosch motors. The Bosch Performance Line CX dominates here. However, in the entry-level range, the Cube Reaction Hybrid Performance also features the Bosch Performance Line. This is also the only chance to get a smaller and lighter battery with only 600 watt hours. All other versions rely on the larger Bosch PowerTube 800.
Regardless of the ebike system and frame shape, Cube has once again integrated its in-house X-Connect interface. This allows front lights to be conveniently mounted on the handlebars and powered directly from the ebike battery. If you’re looking for a hardtail with electronic shifting and ABS, you’ll find it in the top-of-the-line Cube Reaction Hybrid SLT.

4. New Cube Kathmandu Hybrid One11: Full power ahead with full suspension
Versatile, comfortable, and suitable for everyday use. That’s how Cube describes its flagship trekking ebike. These attributes will apply even more in the future. The well-known models with carbon and aluminum frames are now joined by a version that brings a new touch to the portfolio. We are talking about Cube’s first trekking ebike with full suspension β undoubtedly one of the most exciting novelties for the 2026 season.
According to Cube, the development focused on riding comfort and safety. The result is a compact suspension system in which the shock is integrated and almost completely enclosed by the frame. The main frame is made of carbon, while the rear triangle is made of aluminum, similar to many of Cube’s e-MTBs. Both the shock and the suspension fork offer 100 millimeters of travel. This is a suitable size for a trekking ebike.
The new Cube Kathmandu Hybrid One11 will be launched with a diamond frame and a low-step frame. Both roll on 29-inch wheels. A Bosch Performance Line CX, which draws its energy from a Bosch PowerTube 800, assists you while riding. On the top model, an electronic derailleur from Shimano increases riding comfort, while the Bosch ConnectModule enables tracking of the ebike and provides electronic theft protection.

5. More trekking ebikes from Cube for the 2026 season
5.1 Cube Kathmandu Hybrid C:62
5.2 Cube Kathmandu Hybrid
5.3 Cube Kathmandu Hybrid 45
5.4 Cube Touring Hybrid
5.5 Cube Nuride Hybrid
5.1 Cube Kathmandu Hybrid C:62
Perhaps the only drawback of the new Cube Kathmandu Hybrid One11 is its considerable weight of around 27 kilograms. If you want to save more than ten kilograms, take a look at the Cube Kathmandu Hybrid C:62. According to the manufacturer, the top-of-the-range version weighs just 16.4 kilograms.
Of course, the lower weight comes at a price. And that price is the absence of any suspension. This makes the character of this trekking ebike very different from the full-suspension newcomer. Especially since it is equipped with a Bosch Performance Line SX motor, which has a lower power output. Thanks to the combination with the Bosch CompactTube with a capacity of 400 watt hours, this results in usable ranges. If desired, these can be increased with the help of the Bosch PowerMore 250 and the additional 250 watt hours of the range extender. Depending on what is important to you in this type of ebike, you will be able to choose between two quite contrasting concepts in the future.

5.2 Cube Kathmandu Hybrid
If you’re looking for the happy medium, you might end up with the Cube Kathmandu Hybrid. The version with the aluminum frame and Bosch Performance Line CX is also still available. It is the only one of the three Kathmandu series to offer frames in three shapes: diamond, mid-step and low-step. And with the alternative of a hub gear, it has another trump card up its sleeve in the Comfort versions.
The manufacturer has equipped the model series with a wide range of features. The aim is to satisfy as many different needs as possible. Accordingly, you will find models with Bosch brake assist, electronic and mechanical gear shifts, and, in the top model, a Bosch ConnectModule GPS tracker installed as standard.

5.3 Cube Kathmandu Hybrid 45
Cube has left its only speed pedelec, the Cube Kathmandu Hybrid 45, unchanged. In technical terms, this is known as a classic carryover. Retaining the familiar features means that a Bosch Performance Line CX is used here, which is a slightly older version of the motor. Technically, it is not as advanced as the current BDU38.

5.4 Cube Touring Hybrid
Cheaper than the Cube Kathmandu Hybrid and equipped with an equally powerful suspension fork, the Cube Touring Hybrid is a serious alternative in the trekking sector. The revised model attracts interest with the integration of the new Bosch Performance Line PX. In terms of performance, the motor lags only slightly behind the Bosch Performance Line CX, but is even quieter in everyday use.
In the comfort version, the new Cube Touring Hybrid for the 2026 season features a Shimano hub gear system. Due to the narrow range of its five gears, this may be a good option for those who mainly ride on flat terrain or only want to use an ebike for shorter trips in the city. In this case, the low-maintenance belt drive proves to be an additional advantage. Those who ride on terrain with varying profiles may be better served by the Pro and One versions and their 11-speed and 10-speed derailleur gears, respectively.

- Cube Touring Hybrid Comfort SLX
- Cube Touring Hybrid Pro
- Cube Touring Hybrid One
5.5 Cube Nuride Hybrid
Similar to the Cube Touring Hybrid, the Cube Nuride Hybrid can also be seen as an internal competitor to the Cube Kathmandu Hybrid. With its off-road tires featuring a tread pattern and puncture protection, it is more consistently designed for off-road riding. With a large 800 watt-hour battery, the powerful Bosch Performance Line CX motor, and a suspension fork with 100 millimeters of travel, it meets the key requirements typical of such an ebike. If less is more for you, we recommend the affordable entry-level model, the Cube Nuride Hybrid Performance, with the Bosch Performance Line motor and the smaller Bosch PowerTube 600 battery.

6. New Cube Trike Flatbed Hybrid: Square, smart, easy to use
The next truly new model belongs to the Cube Trike Hybrid, the three-wheeled e-cargo bike with patented tilt technology. On the Cube Trike Flatbed Hybrid, a nearly square cargo area replaces the superstructures you know from the Cube Trike Family Hybrid and Cube Trike Cargo Hybrid. Solid metal eyelets are attached to the four corners of the wooden surface. You can pull ropes or tension straps through them to secure the load being transported.
Cube has cleverly utilized the space between the seat tube and a rear support tube in this design. It is filled with a triangular storage compartment.
The Cube Trike Family Hybrid and Cube Trike Cargo Hybrid will remain unchanged for the 2026 season.

7. More e-cargo bikes from Cube for 2026
7.1 Cube Cargo Hybrid
7.2 Cube Longtail Hybrid
7.1 Cube Cargo Hybrid
The core of the e-bike, i.e. its frame, has also been further developed on the Cube Cargo Hybrid. What is new is that the frame is now compatible with the motor mount of the new generation of Bosch Smart System drives. To take advantage of this, the manufacturer has also immediately switched to the current Bosch Cargo Line. The corresponding battery is no longer located at the rear of the cargo box. Instead, from the 2026 season onwards, it will be mounted on the down tube. There is only one slot there, but it is occupied by a Bosch PowerPack 800. In the previous model, you could only exceed this capacity with a Bosch DualBattery.
The weight of the battery is also better distributed on the down tube because it is positioned lower and more centrally. This has a positive effect on the handling of the e-cargo bike. Even more noticeable here is the improved steering. It allows for a greater steering angle than before. This reduces the turning radius of the Cube Cargo Hybrid and makes it easier to maneuver in often congested city traffic.
The bike’s kickstand has also been redesigned. Thanks to extended feet, it should now be easier to park. Close to the kickstand, you will also find a spring-loaded chain tensioner that better compensates for everyday wear and tear on the chain.
There have also been some changes to the cargo box. A new lockable storage compartment immediately catches the eye. It is located on the rear wall of the box, where the batteries used to be. Pictures suggest that it is not too conspicuous. But you can certainly store a few smaller items in it. Cube has replaced the floor of the box itself. In future, there will be a non-slip floor mat for sure-footedness. As before, you can load the box with up to 60 kilograms.

7.2 Cube Longtail Hybrid
Cube has also brought the Cube Longtail Hybrid up to the latest Bosch drive technology standards. For the 2026 season, this means the current Bosch Cargo Line together with a large Bosch PowerTube 800. Another new feature is a family-friendly version with a footrest, bench seat, railing, and rear wheel cover.
Equipped in this way, the Cube Longtail Hybrid Comfort Family and the Cube Longtail Hybrid Family offer space for two children on the large rear rack. The Comfort version features Enviolo’s heavy-duty hub gears, specially designed for cargo bikes, and a belt drive.

8. Cube Nuroad Hybrid β Cube’s e-gravel bike for 2026
Ever since the presentation of the Bosch Performance Line SX drive system, Cube has also been committed to gravel bikes. Some may argue that it only offers one model series. However, this range is not only well differentiated, but also starts at a high level with the carbon frame used throughout. Over three or four levels, a multi-layered portfolio opens up within a price range of 2,000 euros.
The highlight of the 2026 season is the Cube Nuroad Hybrid C:62 SLT 400X. It features one of the new Sram groupsets for gravel bikes with 13 gears. In this case, the manufacturer has fitted the Sram Rival E1 XPLR. Sram has expanded this from 12 to 13 sprockets while optimizing the weight of all other components. As a result, Cube’s top gravel bike weighs in at 13.1 kilograms. At 14.9 kilograms, even the Cube Nuroad Hybrid C:62 SLX 400X FE with mudguards, rear rack, lights, and side stand doesn’t weigh much more.

9. New Cube Editor Hybrid: In future as a speedy duo
When the Cube Editor Hybrid was launched in spring 2024, it caused quite a stir. Cube suddenly had a lightweight, sleek, and visually appealing urban ebike on the market, which probably not many people would have expected from the manufacturer. However, there was one thing to complain about β the restriction to a diamond frame. Cube will eliminate this flaw in 2026. To make it easier to get on and off the ebike and to appeal to an even larger target group, Cube is adding versions of the Editor Hybrid with a mid-step frame.
Apart from that, the manufacturer is sticking to the existing concept. You can still ride the urban ebike with all the bells and whistles, or opt for lighter versions that do without a rear rack, mudguards, and lights. You can also choose between models with hub gears and derailleur gears. Power is provided by the Bosch Performance Line SX. A Bosch CompactTube 400 with a capacity of 400 watt hours is permanently installed in the down tube.

10. New name with a proven concept: Cube Aruba Hybrid
For a long time, Cube had a city ebike with a low-step frame and plenty of retro charm in its range under the name Ella. Ella will now become Aruba for the 2026 season. However, more than just the name is changing. The Cube Aruba Hybrid is based on a newly developed frame that can now also accommodate the latest version of the Bosch Performance Line. This represents a significant upgrade compared to the previous Bosch Active Line Plus. The same applies to the battery, which now has a capacity of 100 watt hours more thanks to the switch to the Bosch Powertube 600.
Cube has stuck with its color scheme for this model, however. This includes its preference for pastel shades and painting the mudguards, rear rack and chain guard in the same color as the frame.

11. More city ebikes from Cube for 2026
11.1 Cube Nulane Hybrid
11.2 Cube Supreme Hybrid
11.1 Cube Nulane Hybrid
On its website, Cube classifies its Cube Nulane Hybrid as an e-gravel bike. The main reason for this is probably the fact that this model uses the same frame as the Cube Nuroad Hybrid. At the same time, without drop handlebars, it lacks a fundamental feature of gravel bikes. We have therefore listed it here under urban ebikes. This is also only a compromise. Fortunately, it’s not a particularly painful one. Because at the end of the day, it’s an ebike. And that is primarily defined by what you use it for, not by the label we or the manufacturer give it.
It’s easy to see why it would be a good ebike for riding in urban environments. Lightweight carbon frame with mounting points for essential accessories such as mudguards and rear racks. Economical motor with moderate power output. Smaller, lighter battery with sufficient range for typical distances in the city. Pre-assembled models with roadworthy equipment.Tires that offer relatively low rolling resistance on dry asphalt as well as sufficient traction in wet conditions or off-road. A total weight of just over 15 kilograms when fully equipped, which makes it much easier to carry the ebike to the bike cellar, underpass, or your own apartment.

11.2 Cube Supreme Hybrid
As a low step-through bike suitable for everyday use, the Cube Supreme Hybrid is one of the manufacturer’s classics for city riding. A frame redesigned for the 2026 season now allows the integration of the latest Bosch motors, such as the Bosch Performance Line PX and the Bosch Performance Line. A key feature of the new Cube Supreme Hybrid remains the distinction between Comfort and Deluxe versions. Deluxe is synonymous with the combination of a hub gear system and a belt drive. Depending on the price range, this is either the stepless automatic Enviolo Automatiq or the mechanically operated Enviolo Trekking. The SLT and SLX models eature Bosch ABS as well.
Comfort is similarly designed, but replaces the belt with a conventional bicycle chain. Cube βgarnishesβ this combination with a solid chain guard, which is rarely seen nowadays. The manufacturer also offers versions of the Comfort and Deluxe models with a coaster brake. You can recognize these by the abbreviation βRTβ in the model name.

12. Compact ebikes and folding ebikes from Cube for 2026: Cube Compact Hybrid and Cube Fold Hybrid
From the outside, the innovations on the Cube Compact Hybrid and Cube Fold Hybrid are not immediately apparent. However, Cube has worked specifically on the details of both of these very special ebikes. For example, a Bosch Performance Line can now be integrated into the frame. The battery has been changed to the Bosch PowerPack 545. Both the Cube Compact Hybrid and Cube Fold Hybrid will enter the 2026 season as fully-fledged ebikes. As a result, their standard equipment includes a complete package of mudguards, rear rack, permanently installed lighting system, and side stand. You can also add an optional front rack to both models. Drivetrains will include a derailleur gear system and a hub gear system.

13. Acid 240 Hybrid Rookie β the e-bike for children from Cube for 2026
Cube’s rejuvenation for the 2026 season continues with its ebikes for children. Both versions of the Acid 240 Hybrid Rookie are getting a new frame. This allows for the installation of larger suspension forks, increasing the suspension travel to 80 millimeters. It is also suitable for the installation of dropper seat posts. In the SLX version, these come factory-fitted, while in the Pro version they can be retrofitted.
The frames are based on 24-inch wheels and feature mounting points for mudguards and rear racks. And thanks to the Bosch Performance Line SX, the bikes are motorized so that children can easily keep up with the rest of the family on outings.
