The original Bosch chainring spider is used to mount the chainring on Active Line and Active Line Plus - drive units.
The bolt circle diameter of the chainring mount is 104mm.
What the Bosch E-Bike chainring Spider is needed for?
- The Bosch Spider is the connecting piece between the chainring and the motor and transmits through the pedal force entshende drive forces. Different chainrings can be mounted on the Bosch chainring Spider.
- After changing the chainring, the Bosch Spider is bolted to the Bosch motor with the Spider tool and the Lock ring.
To change the chainring, we recommend disassembling the Spider so that you can conveniently access the chainring nuts. To be able to loosen the aluminum lock ring undamaged, you need the Spider tool for Bosch Active from 2018 eBikes.
