Differences in cage length for Shimano Cues 1x10-speed rear derailleurs
The Shimano Cues 10-speed rear derailleur is available in two versions: RD-U6000 with a long cage and RD-U6020 with a short cage. The long cage version can be used with the CS-LG400-10 cassette with 11 - 48 teeth. The short cage, on the other hand, is only suitable for the CS-LG400-10 cassette with 11 - 39 teeth. Therefore, please check the rear derailleur you have installed before ordering. You will find the information printed on the rear derailleur or in the documentation for your eBike. Alternatively, you can also find out the number of teeth on your largest chainring.
- 48 teeth = long cage RD-U6000
- 39 teeth = short cage RD-U6020
