The new ergonomic, rider-oriented Ergon GE1 Evo MTB handlebar grip was developed specifically for mountain bike use. With the help of countless experienced bikers from the Enduro World Series, the Ergon design team was able to improve the GE1 Evo handlebar grip in several details.
The surface texture is now even more grippy and the GravityControl rubber compound is softer, while maintaining a precise grip feeling. In addition, the GE1 Evo actively supports the correct upper body and forearm posture when downhill. The grip surface has been rotated by 8% to the handlebar axis, so the elbows are automatically lifted outwards when gripping, which significantly improves the ergonomics and gives you a very grippy feel.
The forged inner clamp, in combination with a full-intergral grip end, which is connected to the inner core, creates a soft, cushioning grip edge and the hand can grip all the way out. This protects the pressure-sensitive ulnar nerve (ulnar nerve).
The Ergon GE1 Evo MTB handlebar grip is also compatible with carbon handlebars.
