The material of the cover is laminated neoprene, which protects the battery from dirt and stone chips while riding. The protective cover also extends battery performance on cold days by maintaining the operating temperature of the batteries. The FAHRER Neoprene Cover is available in 2 versions - for the Bosch PowerPack 545 Wh Smart System and for the Bosch PowerPack 800 Wh Smart System.

Transport protection of the FAHRER Neoprene Protective Cover - Bosch PowerPack Smart System
In addition to protecting the battery from intemperies while riding, the neoprene cover also serves as transport protection. When the battery is removed, the protective cover ensures that the Bosch PowerPack Smart System is protected from scratches and knocks.
Note: Once your battery has been removed, it should be stored at room temperature and only replaced on the eBike frame before you start riding.
