The neoprene battery cover by FAHRER for fully integrated frame batteries or Intube batteries protects reliably against moisture, cold, impacts and stone chips. Extend the life of your e-bike battery and be reliably supported by your e-bike in the future. The protective cover is mounted by simply wrapping it around the down tube. The secure Velcro fastener ensures perfect hold on every e-bike. The neoprene fabric used is stretchable and thus enables ideal adaptation to the shape of the down tube battery. The battery protector is available in two sizes - for down tubes with a circumference of 29 to 45 cm.
Features of the Fahrer Neoprene Battery Protection Cover
- Protects the Intube battery from external influences such as cold, moisture and shocks
- For longer battery capacity during winter
- Available in two different sizes
- Size M - for down tubes with a circumference of 29 - 40 cm

What are the advantages of a neoprene battery cover?
The frame battery is kept at a more optimal operating temperature by a cover. In addition, the neoprene cover offers perfect protection against moisture and other weather conditions as well as shocks and stone chips.
Why should your e-bike battery be protected from the cold?
The reasons are obvious, because between 20° and 25° Celsius, the energy storage of the e-bike works very effectively. But temperatures below 10° Celsius can already result in a loss of performance. Therefore, the battery should not cool down too much. The neoprene battery cover from Fahrer offers excellent thermal protection for e-bike batteries.
For which e-bikes is the Fahrer battery cover tube suitable?
The battery cover tube is suitable for most e-bikes with fully integrated frame batteries. Thanks to the high-quality Velcro strap and the elastic neoprene, it can be universally adapted to the size of your down tube. Compatible e-bike batteries are, for example, all batteries from the Bosch Powertube series.
