With the Firebolt SW-E800 switch, Shimano offers an E-MTB control unit that combines comfort and simplicity. The Intuiutive control, with the 3 levels of support, is attached to the left side of the handlebar, which results in an ergonomic position for the driver.
Thanks to Firebolt technology, switching the engine support is just as intuitive as changing gears on the crank handle. This means that when shifting gears, it is no longer necessary to change to the smaller chainring, as was previously the case, but rather the support power is increased.

What 3 levels of support does the SW-E800 Firebolt switch from Shimano offer?

ECO	The lowest support level but designed for maximum range. Up to 100km range, in the E-MTB range, possible
BOOST	With 70 Nm, BOOST offers maximum driving pleasure, especially on ascents. Range up to 75km in the E-MTB range.
TRAIL	The force of the pedal is crucial for the strength of the support. The higher the power on the pedals, the stronger the driving support will be. With a maximum of 70 Nm, steep ascents can also be overcome with driving pleasure. The range in the E-MTB range is approx. 50 km

In addition to the 3 support levels, the Power Walk mode can be activated. Simply press the "Firebolt" lever and the E-Bike, with a maximum speed of 6km/h, can be pushed up steep passages or stairs.
