With the Giant RideControl Ergo 4 remote you can control the SG E+ System 2.0 of your electric bike quickly and intuitively. Mounted on the left side of the handlebar, it features 3 function buttons. The two arrow buttons allow you to switch between support levels, while the middle bar is used to navigate the display screens.

On e-bikes with electronic shifting, an additional RideControl Ergo 4 is mounted on the right side of the handlebar, allowing you to select gears. If your Giant model supports automatic shifting, you can also switch between manual and automatic shifting via the Ergo 4. The remote is compatible with the Giant RideControl GO Lux and the Giant RideDash EVO 2.0 display.

Note: The RideControl Ergo 4 can only be used with Giant e-bikes from model year 2026 onwards equipped with the Smart Gateway E+ System 2.0.
