The original Haibike Flyon - Intube Battery is the latest battery generation from Haibike, which was developed with the technology partner BMZ. The Haibike Flyon battery has a capacity of 630 Wh and features an extremely energy-dense 56 cell - 48 volt energy storage. Therefore, the Flyon Intube Battery is the battery with the highest energy density in the e-bike market.

Product details of the Haibike Flyon battery:

  • Mounted in the down tube (Intube)
  • Capacity: 630 Wh
  • 48 Volt
  • compatible for all Haibike Flyon models

The Flyon Intube Battery is placed close to the motor, which gives the e-bike a lower centre of gravity and the advantage that it can be removed very easily from the down tube. This means that the Haibike Flyon battery can be removed or installed without a specialist workshop and the battery can be charged anywhere with a power socket. Charging directly on the e-bike is also possible. The Flyon battery can be charged to 80% of its capacity within one hour.

We only offer new batteries, they are not second-hand items.
