Description
With the HAZET piston reset pliers, you can safely and effortlessly push the brake pistons back on your disc brake. They are suitable for hydraulic 2‑piston disc brakes with an opening width of up to 20 mm. The pliers spread both sides parallel to each other, preventing damage or misalignment. This gentle mechanism is especially beneficial for ceramic pistons. Thanks to the quick and simple handling, removing the entire wheel is no longer necessary. Before resetting the pistons, the reservoir cap should be opened and the brake pads removed. Then place the HAZET piston reset pliers between the pistons and squeeze the handles together.
Note: Only push the pistons back until they sit flush inside the calliper.
