This accessory is a compact plug-and-play solution and is ideal for riders who want to cover longer distances or extend the charging intervals of the main battery. It is attached via the bottle cage mounts on the down tube with the Hyena Range Extender mount, whereby the battery, weighing just 1.6 kg, only has a minimal impact on riding behaviour. The current charging status is conveniently displayed via the integrated LEDs on the top of the housing.
