Below you will find a selection of international delivery countries with the most favourable shipping options. If your delivery country is not listed, you can calculate the shipping costs directly in the shopping cart.

Shipping information

We dispatch from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekdays by 12:00 PM (CET) will be shipped on the same day for items in stock, provided you choose an instant payment method during checkout and do not leave any comments in the customer comment section. Please note that e-bikes and hazardous shipments are excluded. Due to holidays, there may be delays in shipping. Our team always strives to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible.

Your delivery will be made to your doorstep. When shipping batteries, your shipment will also be marked as dangerous goods; payment on delivery is not possible in this case. Delivery to parcel lockers and post office boxes is only possible with DHL shipping and may not be available for all products; dangerous goods shipments (e.g. batteries) are exempt from this.

Bulky Goods & Remote Areas

For particularly large or heavy shipments, depending on the shipping service provider, additional bulky goods charges or heavy load surcharges apply in addition to the usual shipping costs. Additionally, with certain shipping service providers, we charge a surcharge for particularly remote delivery areas. By entering the delivery address and selecting the shipping country / shipping service provider, these costs will be calculated and displayed when indicating the shipping costs.

Important information about national value added tax (vat) / customs & import fees

Delivery within the EU includes the applicable national value-added tax, and outside the EU excludes value-added tax.

As we are a retailer based in Germany (European Union), shipments to countries outside the European Union are regularly subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, or handling fees imposed during customs clearance in the destination country. These charges are determined and collected solely by the government of the receiving country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and do not receive any portion of them.

Shipments outside the EU are dispatched without charging the local VAT of the destination country. Upon import, the recipient is responsible for paying the local VAT in addition to any applicable customs duties, tariffs, or other fees.

If such charges are not paid by the recipient, the carrier (e.g. UPS) may return the shipment to us. In this case, we reserve the right to deduct all incurred return shipping costs, as well as any additional charges billed to us by the carrier, from the customer’s refund.

We offer our customers the following option for shipping outside the EU:

Direct and VAT-exempt deliveries to Europe NON-EU / ROW = Rest of World

Deliveries to Europe (NOT - EU / NON -EU e.g. Switzerland / Liechtenstein / Norway / United Kingdom) and ROW = Rest of World are exempt from VAT. When selecting Switzerland / Liechtenstein / Norway / USA / Australia / etc. (ROW) as the shipping country during checkout, German VAT will automatically be deducted, and the goods will be delivered VAT-free. The recipient will then pay the import VAT (e.g. 8.1% in Switzerland), any applicable duties, and the customs clearance costs incurred in Switzerland / Liechtenstein / Norway / ROW.

Important Information Regarding Self-Organised Export of Goods from Germany / the EU to a Non-EU Country

It is no longer possible to claim a VAT refund for goods exported privately if these goods are e-bike parts, bicycle parts, or their accessories.
