Description
The Schwalbe Clik Valve retrofit set is part of Schwalbe's new product line and revolutionises the way you inflate your bike tyre. No more slipping, bent or broken valves. Simply click on, pump, pull off and you're done - that's Schwalbe Clik Valve (SCV).
Convert your Presta / Sclaverand valve (SV) or Dunlop / Woods valve (DV) to an Schwalbe Clik Valve (SCV) on your bike. The Schwalbe valve inserts, in combination with the pump head or pump head adapter, enable quick and easy inflation of the bicycle tyre. To carry out the conversion, first unscrew the current valve inserts (SV or DV) from the valves. The SV valve can be loosened using the spanner supplied. The new SCV valve inserts are then screwed into the valves. For the DV valve, the union nut of the old valve must be reused. Once all the parts have been fitted, the tyre can be inflated using the SCV pump head or pump head adapter. It is also possible to use a classic SV air pump with the SCV valve. This means you are flexible in every situation and do not have to rely exclusively on an air pump with SCV pump head.
Please note: This set only contains the SCV valve inserts (for SV or DV) with 2 valve caps and, in the case of the SV set, an additional spanner for fitting the valve. For a set with a matching SCV pump head, you need the Schwalbe Clik Valve retrofit set incl. pump head or the Schwalbe Clik Valve retrofit set incl. pump head adapter.
