With the Deore CS-M6100, Shimano also offers a solid MTB cassette in the entry-level range. The cassette adopts the Hyperglide+ technology of its higher-quality siblings and thus also delivers convincing shifting performance. This is due to the optimised tooth profile and the integrated climbing aids. The Beam Spider construction also ensures weight savings. Due to the very wide gradation from 10 to 51 teeth, the CS-M6100 sprocket block can only be mounted on Micro Spline freewheel bodies. This ensures an even stiffer, direct connection to the hub and minimises wear.
