Shimano e-bike chainring bolts FC-M810-2

The Shimano eBike chainring bolt adapter set from 2-speed to 3-speed offered here is suitable for eBikes with Shimano mid-motor drive.

The Shimano eBike chainring bolt set is required if you want to add a chain guard ring to a Shimano eBike with a 2-speed chainring on the original Shimano Spider. In this combination, you can use two chainrings on a 2-speed spider and also a chain guard ring.

NOTE on mounting the Shimano chainring bolts:

• When mounting on some Haibike eBikes, it turned out that the combination is not compatible with the chain guard ring 48 teeth mounted on the outside.
• In this case, the front derailleur could not be adjusted correctly, so that grinding of the front derailleur on the chainring cannot be remedied.
• We are currently reviewing the use of an alternative manufacturer's chain guard ring.
• This ring is smaller in overall outer diameter and should fix the problem with the front derailleur.

The chainring bolt adapter set for adding a 48-tooth chain guard ring to a 2-speed spider has, in addition to the 4 extra-long bolts and nuts, 4 spacers / spacers with which the necessary distance between e.g. the larger chainring (44 teeth) and the chain guard ring (48 teeth) is created.
