The D620E brake pad from Kool Stop is specially developed for the increased demands that an eBike places on a brake. (higher total weight and speed).
There is an additional ceramic layer between the organic pad and the steel carriers, which is supposed to prevent the heat transport to the brake body and thus the decrease of the braking power.
