30-Day Return Policy
You can return any item ordered from eBike24 within 30 days.
Exceptions apply to keys and chains that have been made to individual customer specifications.
Please register your return using the return form provided at the bottom of this page. We kindly ask that you return the goods in full, unused and in undamaged condition to the following return address:

Your statutory right of withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected by this voluntary returns policy and continue to apply in full.
When and how do I receive a free return label?
We will cover the cost of your return if:
- The value of the goods being returned is greater than 40.00€ and
- The delivery was made within the European Union (EU).
Once your return has been registered, we will send you a free return label by email. You can either print this yourself or have it printed at a post office using the provided QR code. More information will be included in our return email.
If the value of the goods is under 40.00€ or the delivery was made outside the EU, you will need to cover the return costs yourself. Return costs must also be borne by you if you ordered as a business or commercial customer (B2B).
If you choose to return the goods without using our prepaid return label, we cannot reimburse the return shipping costs unless we have explicitly confirmed this in writing beforehand.
