Fazua E-Bike Systems
FAZUA specialises in innovative drive systems and concepts for aesthetic, agile, and lightweight e-bikes. Founded in 2013 as a start-up born from a university project, the Bavarian company revolutionised the cycling industry just a few years later with a concept that laid the foundation for an entirely new cycling culture. Since August 2022, FAZUA has been part of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH. FAZUA’s pioneering work lies in its virtually silent, ultra-light drive technology, which integrates seamlessly into the bicycle frame and ensures a natural riding experience. All development, design, and production take place at the company’s headquarters in Ottobrunn, near Munich.
FAZUA RIDE 60
With the new RIDE 60 drive system, FAZUA is setting new standards! The drive system delivers powerful support with 60 Nm of torque while still providing an exceptionally natural riding experience. The RIDE 60 is a combination of power, intuitive operation, and lightness, making the system particularly agile and almost silent in use. The extremely compact drive unit weighs just 4.26 kg including the battery, allowing for sleek integration into the frame. In addition, the system now features a new battery: the FAZUA ENERGY 430. With a battery capacity of 430 watt-hours, it provides plenty of power for extended weekend tours.
FAZUA RIDE 50 Trail / Street
With the RIDE 50 Street and RIDE 50 Trail, FAZUA offers two additional powerful drive systems in its line-up. Thanks to 67% more teeth in the freewheel compared to the RIDE 50 Evation system, both the Trail and Street drives ensure quicker power engagement, further enhancing the natural riding feel. Improved motor efficiency delivers 10% more power, making the drive system even more capable. In addition, the RIDE 50 Street & Trail motors are lighter still, weighing only 4.4 kg. As with the Evation drive, the motor is powered by a FAZUA 250X battery. With the FAZUA RIDE 50 Street / Trail, your riding experience becomes even more efficient, and above all, more natural!
FAZUA RIDE 50 Evation
The FAZUA RIDE 50 Evation drive system offers powerful support with its 55 Nm of torque, while still maintaining the natural riding feel that riders appreciate. A key factor is the system’s total weight of just 4.6 kg. The RIDE 50 Evation is elegantly integrated into the bike frame and provides smooth pedal assistance up to 25 km/h. Using the remote control, riders can choose between three different support modes: Breeze, River, and Rocket. The system is completed by the FAZUA 250X battery, which delivers a solid range with its 252 watt-hours of capacity.

FAZUA ENERGY 430
The FAZUA ENERGY 430 battery has been specially developed for the RIDE 60 drive system and is a true powerhouse. With its 430 Wh capacity, the lithium-ion battery provides plenty of power for extended weekend tours. Its slim design and extremely low weight allow for an elegant integration into the downtube. Thanks to the intelligent locking mechanism and integrated handle, the ENERGY 430 battery is easy to remove from the frame and simple to handle. In addition, the battery can be charged either directly on the electric bike or when removed.
FAZUA ENERGY 250X
The FAZUA ENERGY 250X e-bike battery combines low weight and a slim design with powerful efficiency. Despite weighing just 1.4 kg, the lithium-ion battery offers a capacity of 250 watt-hours, making it ideal for extended e-bike tours. Thanks to its wake-up function, the FAZUA ENERGY 250X battery can be switched on and off via the Remote bX or Remote fX. If needed, the battery can be easily removed from the downtube in just a few simple steps, allowing convenient charging at home.
Remote Control Units for RIDE 60
LED Hub
The FAZUA LED Hub provides e-bike riders with all key ride information at a glance. Designed specifically for the RIDE 60 drive system, this sleek and compact control unit is elegantly integrated into the top tube, forming the central interface between rider and drive system. With five coloured LEDs, the LED Hub clearly displays the selected riding mode and current battery level. Multiple interfaces - including ANT+, Bluetooth, and USB-C - allow users to customise support levels via the app, record ride data, or install updates. In addition, the USB-C port enables charging of smartphones or other external devices, ensuring that running out of phone battery during a ride becomes a thing of the past.
Ring Control
The FAZUA Ring Control remote keeps your focus entirely on the ride. Positioned on the handlebar within easy reach of your thumb, the Ring Control allows for quick, intuitive operation. Riders can effortlessly switch between ride modes, activate the walk assist function, or turn the lights on and off. Its unique design is built to withstand impacts in the event of a fall, ensuring durability and reliability. Thanks to its ergonomic placement, other controls such as gear levers or dropper post remotes remain easily accessible. The Ring Control combines minimalism with pure efficiency, keeping your attention on what truly matters.
Control Hub
The FAZUA Control Hub is the ideal solution for all e-bikes where the LED Hub cannot be integrated into the top tube. Thanks to its minimalist design, the Control Hub offers all essential functions within a compact space. Using the Control Ring, riders can select between the three support modes: Breeze, River and Rocket. In addition, the walk assist function and lights can be activated with ease. Coloured LEDs clearly display the selected ride mode and current battery level. With ANT+, Bluetooth and USB-C connectivity, the system also allows for smartphone charging on the go and customisation of support levels via the app. The Control Hub offers a perfect all-in-one solution on the handlebar, giving you full control over the FAZUA RIDE 60 system at all times.
Remote Control Units for RIDE 50
Remote fx
The FAZUA Remote fX is a fully integrated control unit built directly into the frame, making it a central interface of the RIDE 50 drive system. Operation is handled via an intuitive touch surface. Using the touchpad or the mechanical button, riders can easily select between the three support levels. The Remote fX also features a Boost function that delivers an extra 350 watts of power on demand, regardless of the currently selected mode. Five LED indicators provide clear information on battery charge and system status. A helpful rain sensor ensures that the touch surface is automatically locked in wet conditions to prevent unintended inputs.
Remote bx
The FAZUA Remote bX handlebar control unit gives you full command of the entire RIDE 50 system with just your thumb. Two buttons allow you to intuitively select between the different support levels. A five-LED display keeps you informed of the currently selected riding mode, battery charge level, and system status at all times. A built-in light sensor automatically adjusts LED brightness to suit the surrounding lighting conditions. The centrally positioned button also allows you to activate rain mode. Thanks to its clean and minimalist design, the Remote bX is the ideal choice for intuitive e-bike riders who appreciate a tidy cockpit.
Remote rx
The Remote rX control unit, manufactured using 3D printing, is a fusion of cutting-edge production technology and elegant, dynamic design. This makes the Remote rX ideal for use on e-road bikes and e-gravel bikes. Mounted beside the stem, the control unit ensures safe and convenient operation directly from the handlebars. It features a touch surface and a mechanical button, allowing the rider to easily switch between support modes using just their thumb. The mechanical button can also activate the rain sensor, which locks the touch surface to prevent accidental input. In addition, the Remote rX is equipped with an LED strip that displays the battery’s charge level, system status, and selected riding mode. The integrated wake-up function also allows the rider to activate the Energy 250X battery.
