Bosch Standard Charger 4A - Active / Performance Line (BCS220)
With the original Bosch Standard Charger you can charge your e-bike battery safely and quickly. The Bosch charger is compatible with all Bosch motors from model year 2014 (Gen. 2, 3, 4). The standard charger from Bosch provides 4 amps of charging current and thus charges a Bosch PowerTube 625 battery in about 5 hours. The optional Bosch charger adapter can also be used to charge older e-bike models with Bosch Classic Line motors. Therefore, the Bosch Standard Charger lives up to its name: It is the standard charger for all e-bikes with Bosch motors. Bosch Kiox 400C Display Smart System (BRC3200)
The Bosch Kiox 400C display is the perfect fusion of maximum functionality and thoughtful design. With its 2" colour display and brightness up to 1000 cd/m², it provides razor-sharp information at a glance. The built-in light sensor also automatically adjusts brightness according to ambient conditions, ensuring readability at any time of day. The Kiox 400C is compatible with Bosch Smart System electric bikes. It can be paired with the Bosch eBike Flow app and used in conjunction with other Smart System accessories such as the Kiox 300, Kiox 500, SmartphoneGrip, or Mini Remote. The display is mounted on the top tube using a fixing screw. In order to be mounted there, the top tube must have the appropriate recess. Power is supplied via the switched-on e-bike. Thanks to the integrated design, the display is protected against external influences, such as impacts or knocks. It also meets the IP55 protection rating, ensuring resistance to dust and water spray. Bosch Kiox 400C display retrofit: The Kiox 400C can be retrofitted to any e‑bike with the Bosch Smart System. For top‑tube installation, an appropriately sized opening in the frame is required. This applies to e‑bikes equipped with the Bosch System Controller together with the Bosch Frame Adapter. Depending on the brand, additional manufacturer‑specific accessories such as the Cube Display Adapter may also be necessary. As a universal alternative for handlebar or stem mounting, the EBIKE24 Kiox 400C display mount is available. It is suitable for any compatible e‑bike without a top‑tube opening and is included, along with the display, in the Bosch Kiox 400C retrofit kit. The on/off button is located at the top left. Press briefly to switch the e-bike on, or press and hold for 3 seconds to switch it off. To the right is the USB-C port. This allows you to charge devices such as your smartphone using the matching EBIKE24 USB-C charging cable. The Kiox 400C can also be charged via this port in the event of a low battery. Normally, however, it is powered automatically during the ride. On the underside of the display is the ride mode button, which allows you to switch between support levels. A short press increases assistance, while holding the button for more than 1 second reduces it. Next to it is the select button, which is used to confirm display options, scroll right, and open the quick menu. Please note that in the following cases charging via the USB-C port is not possible: If a BDU37YY motor (Performance Line CX/CX-R/Speed Gen4) is installed. If on a BDU31YY motor (Performance Line SX) the Multi-Power Port is configured as a High-Power Port or as a light port (> 6 W). If on a BDU38YY (Performance CX/CX-R/Cargo/Speed Gen5), BDU34YY (Performance PX & Performance Line Gen5) or BDU33YY (Performance Line, Active Line, Active Line Plus Gen4) the High-Power Port, Low-Power Port and light ports (> 6 W) are active. Display information on the Bosch Kiox 400C During your ride, the Bosch Kiox 400C can display a variety of data. In addition to basic information such as speed, time, trip distance, total distance, ride time, and mode, it also provides fitness data such as calories, cadence, heart rate, and rider power. You are also informed about battery range and charge level. If your e-bike has Bosch ABS installed, information on the ABS mode and braking distance is also displayed. Via the Bosch eBike Flow app, you can customise over 30 settings to personalise the Kiox 400C display. You can choose which data you want to see during your ride. In addition, the display provides a status indicator for the eBike Lock function. Please note, however, that the Kiox 400C cannot be used as a digital key. Kiox 400C and the eBike Flow app Using the Bosch eBike Flow app with the Kiox 400C enables a range of additional features beyond display customisation. You can view ride data such as elevation, altitude, and elevation profile. The display can also be used for navigation, showing a map, distance to destination, and estimated time of arrival. The display also plays audio cues, such as turn-by-turn directions. Software updates for your e-bike can also be performed through the Flow app, allowing you to keep your system up to date from the comfort of your home. Note: When installing the Kiox 400C for the first time, a device ID conflict may occur. This can be resolved with a few clicks by a qualified dealer. Until then, the e-bike will continue to function normally without limitations.
Bosch Display Mount for Kiox 300 / Kiox 500 & SmartphoneGrip (BDS32yy)
With the Bosch Kiox 300/500/SmartphoneGrip display mount, you connect the display to your e-bike. In doing so, the interface serves as a power source and communication port to the drive. The mount has two connection sockets for the Smart System display cables to the motor and the LED Remote. Depending on the way you have mounted your Kiox 300 display, the cables must be routed to the front or rear. In any case, the spring mechanism and the Bosch logo always point in the direction of travel. You can secure your Bosch Kiox 300/500/SmartphoneGrip to the display mount against theft via the included security plate. Bosch 1 Arm holder Kiox 300 / Kiox 500 / SmartphoneGrip (BDS36yy)
With the Bosch 1-arm bracket you mount the Kiox 300 display/ Kiox 500 / SmartphoneGrip on your handlebar. For maximum compatibility, the holder is available with the usual clamp diameters of 31.8mm and 35.0mm. You can also decide how you want to position your e-bike display. You can mount the single-arm holder facing forwards, upwards or backwards. In this way, you can position your display according to your wishes. Just take note of the matching cable outlet of the Bosch display mount for Kiox 300/Kiox 500 /SmartphoneGrip. Bosch Mini Remote control unit for Smart System (BRC3300)
The Bosch Mini Remote is an additional control unit for e-bikes with a Bosch Smart System drive and the System Controller. It extends the functionality and ensures safe operation, as your hands can remain on the handlebar at all times. Connected to the System Controller via Bluetooth, the Mini Remote can be flexibly mounted on standard handlebars with a 22.2mm diameter. Bosch Kiox 300 E-Bike Display for Smart System
With the Kiox 300 retrofit kit, you can retrofit your Bosch Smart System e-bike with the practical display. The kit includes all parts for a successful conversion - the Bosch Kiox 300 display, the display mount, a Bosch Smart System display cable and, if required, the matching Kiox 300 single-arm bracket. To retrofit, attach all parts to your e-bike and connect the Smart System Display to your Bosch LED Remote control unit on the handlebar. Now your new Kiox 300 display is ready for use and you always best informed about your e-bike. Almost all components and parts have been adapted and optimized. The biggest technical innovation here is that the central control of the e-bike now runs via the Bosch LED remote handlebar control unit, or the Bosch System Controller. This means that you can now operate your Bosch e-bike without a separate display. But if you do not want to do without the convenience and extensive status information, there is the Kiox 300 retrofit kit. With just a few simple steps, you can thus attach the popular Bosch display. Bosch Kiox 300 retrofit For the conversion, you only need to attach the Kiox 300 to your e-bike and switch between the e-bike drive and LED remote with the display cables. As a first step, mount the Bosch Smart System Display mount to your bracket, if applicable to the included 1-arm bracket. Depending on how you want to mount the Kiox 300, you will need a different display mount. Mounting in front of the handlebar - you need the mount with cable exit at the back. Mounting behind or above the handlebar - you need the mount with cable exit in front. Now you can mount, for example, the one-arm holder from the Kiox 300 conversion set. Now take the existing display cable from the control unit and plug it into the Kiox 300 mount. Now use the 30cm display cable from the conversion kit to reconnect the display holder to the LED Remote. The assembly is now complete and the Kiox 300 is ready for use. For ideal attachment to any e-bike, the Bosch Smart System display cable is available in different lengths, only the 300mm version is included in the set. The little all-rounder: Bosch Kiox 300 The high-resolution e-bike display from Bosch impresses with its high-quality workmanship and extensive functions. Here you will find all the important information about your e-bike such as battery status, range, selected support, speed and much more. The Kiox 300 display is also operated via your LED remote on the handlebar. So you always have your e-bike firmly under control and are still perfectly informed. With a small locking plate, the Kiox 300 can also be protected from easy removal from the mount. However, a charging function for smartphones is not provided. Note: If you do not yet have a display or an Intuvia 100 on your e-bike, we recommend our Kiox 500 retrofit set. The Bosch Compact Charger is the lightweight among the e-bike chargers. Thanks to its low weight and compact design, the charger is perfect for travel and excursions. Here it supplies your e-bike battery with new power and is then quickly stowed away again. The charger is compatible with all Bosch motors from 2014 with the "Bosch eBike System 2". Apps such as Komoot, OutdoorActive and Strava can be paired with the Nyon. Routes can be planned via Komoot and OutdoorActive and can then be imported into the Nyon. Traveled routes and profiles can be displayed, shared and evaluated via Komoot and Strava. The required map material is based on Open Street Maps and can be downloaded free of charge for all existing or recorded regions after registration and login to the Bosch Ebike Portal. The display automatically adjusts its brightness to the ambient light and thus remains perfectly readable under all conditions. It also differentiates between day and night. The charging status of the smartphone paired via Bluetooth is also visible on the display. Furthermore, the eBike Connect platform offers many options for very personal settings on the display and the drive system. For example, you can customise your riding modes (Premium function) or your personal cockpit in terms of display and colour with almost 30 predefined variants - individual is also possible. Connection with a smartwatch is now also possible. Your fitness always in view Both hobby athletes and professionals benefit from the training function. Real-time data such as cadence, heart rate, calorie consumption and training effect are permanently displayed, analysed and graphically presented on the Fitness Screen. Bosch LED Remote Control Unit for Smart System (BRC3600)
The Bosch control unit is the heart of the Bosch Smart System. It allows you to control your entire e-bike via the compact remote control. The integrated LED display also shows you the most important information about your e-bike. This allows you to ride in a simple handlebar design without an additional display. Everything under control: the Bosch Smart System control unit With the Bosch Smart System, the complete intelligence of your e-bike is located in the LED remote control unit. This allows you to move your electric bike exclusively with the compact remote control on the handlebars. It not only makes for a simple and tidy cockpit, but also simplifies repairs and maintenance. As usual, the various support levels can be freely selected via the buttons. The coloured LED strip always lets you know exactly which mode you are in. The current battery status is also constantly displayed. You can also connect your smartphone effortlessly via Bluetooth. With the appropriate Bosch eBike Flow app, you can then optimally adapt your Bosch Smart System drive to your needs. Mounting the Bosch LED Remote When designing and developing the control unit for the Smart System, Bosch placed the highest value on usability and comfort. Bosch has conceived the design together with the ergonomics experts from SQlab. For mounting, you only need the LED Remote holder. You can mount it as desired in front or behind the brake lever. When aligning the control unit, just make sure that the plus and minus buttons are perpendicular to the ground. The LED Remote has a built-in battery. This ensures that you can switch on your e-bike. After longer downtimes, this may need to be recharged via the USB-C interface. Normally, however, the charging is taken over by the e-bike battery. In the event of a defect, the LED remote battery can also be replaced (Torx bit required). The connection to the Smart System motor is made via the matching Bosch display cable. This is available in many different lengths to match your e-bike. Colour scale of the LED control unit for Bosch Smart System The Smart System LED Remote has a sophisticated display. The different LEDs and colours provide all the important information about your e-bike. The support levels are displayed as gray for support off, green for Eco, blue for Tour, purple for EMTB and red for Turbo. A blue battery bar also corresponds to 20% battery capacity - a white 10%. From a state of charge of the e-bike below 30%, the bars are displayed as orange. If the LEDs of the battery indicator light up red, only 10% remaining battery is available. If the indicator flashes red the battery is empty and only has energy left to operate the lighting system. Critical error messages can be recognized by a completely red LED control unit. If the remote is completely orange, there is a non-critical error. If necessary, you can get more information and help via the Bosch E-Bike Flow app. Important information about replacing a Bosch LED remote on your e-bike If you would like to replace a defective LED remote on your e-bike, there are a few important things to note. The replacement itself is done in just a few steps: 1. disconnect the old remote from the e-bike and remove it, 2. attach the new control unit and connect it to the display cable. Now you can control your e-bike as usual. However, there is an internal conflict in the background which can only be resolved by a specialist dealer and the Bosch diagnostic software. As long as the conflict exists, there may also be restrictions in the function of the eBike Flow app.
Bosch E-Bike Intuvia Control Unit Performance (Anthracite)
Bosch Intuvia control unit (anthracite) to mount on the handlebar for all e-bikes with Bosch drive from model year 2014. The separate control unit allows you to operate the board computer easily, safely and intuitively while riding. The delivery includes the control unit, connection cable, seal and screws. Note on possible malfunctions from mid/end of 2016: The original control unit offered here has been brought onto the market by the manufacturer Bosch in a revised version since August 2016. If you have problems with the start-up of the Bosch Intuvia control unit, you have to update the display software (at least 5.3.0.0) via your local bicycle dealer. The "old version" of the control unit remains compatible for all Bosch Intuvia displays. How to check your display software version on the Bosch Intuvia Display: Press and hold the "Reset" and "i" buttons for approx. 5 seconds. In the settings menu, use the "i" button to switch to "Display version" and check the version. If at least version 5.3.0.0 is stored, your e-bike is compatible with the new version of the performance control unit.
