The Magura cable grommet is an original spare part and fits 100%. The cable grommet is used to attach the brake cable to the brake lever and protects the cable. After screwing the brake line to the brake lever, the Magura cable grommet is pushed over the cap screw. The cable grommet is compatible with brake levers of the MT disc brakes, as well as those of the HS11 (from 2017), HS22 and HS33.
