The cover cap / protective cap / transport lock for e-bikes with Kalkhoff / Raleigh Impulse Evo mid-motor.

The cover cap is inserted into the battery holder instead of the battery to protect the electrical contacts. The cover is particularly recommended when transporting the bike by car (here please additionally secure!), to protect the contacts from dirt, as well as to protect against short circuits.

Note on the installation width - 75 mm:

Please compare again the battery foot width or the shaft of the battery mount on the eBike when you stand sideways in front of it. The Impulse EVO battery installation shaft has a width of 75 mm. Measured without the lateral guide grooves.

Compatibility

  • The cover caps shown here are only suitable for the Impulse 3 system (EVO)
  • For the newly introduced in 2017 Impulse "EVO Next" system with Select battery, this cap is not suitable
  • Dimensions of the cover: length 6 cm x width 7.3 cm.
  • The cap for the EVO Next system or for the Select battery can be found here.

Note: Please take the exact measurement of your battery holder before ordering!
