With our replacement key service for Flyer & Panasonic eBikes, you can easily reorder suitable battery keys for your eBike. We use your key number to produce original replacement keys. This means that in the event of a defect or loss, you only need to replace the key rather than the entire lock.

Important notes on ordering the replacement key pair for Flyer eBikes
Please be sure to enter your key number in the comments field when completing your order. This is the only way we can order your individual keys. You will find the corresponding number on the original keys or, if applicable, on your eBike invoice. The key number begins with an "N" followed by a four-digit number combination - e.g. "N8555". Please also note that this item is a customised product. The keys are therefore non-returnable. You can also expect a delivery time of up to 14 days.
