Description
Original chainring lock ring for Bosch Active and Performance Line of the 2nd motor generation. The lock ring ensures that the chainring or chainring spider is fixed to your eBike. An additional O-ring also ensures that the chainring lock does not open by itself. The lockring is suitable for eBikes with Bosch Active and Performance Line motors of the .2 generation.

Mounting instructions for the Bosch Gen.2 eBike lockring
When fitting the lockring, preferably use a torque spanner to set the correct tightening torque of 20 - 25 Nm. You will also need the appropriate lockring tool. Be sure to use the appropriate O-ring when fastening the lockring. This prevents the locking ring from loosening by itself. The screw-in thread is a left-hand thread, which means that you have to turn it anti-clockwise to tighten it.
