Description
To mount a chainring you need the Bosch e-bike lock ring made of aluminum for Active and Performance Line drives of the 3rd generation. This product is an original Bosch spare part is therefore 100% accurate.
Since 2015, according to the manufacturer, the Bosch aluminum lock ring must always be used in combination with the matching O-ring. The matching O-ring can be ordered as an option with the product and protects the locking ring from loosening by itself.
What must be observed when working on the drive and when loosening the locking ring?
- You can also find the right tool for assembly and disassembly from us: lockring tool and the sprocket remover.
- With greased aluminum ring, the correct tightening torque is 20-25Nm.
If the Bosch e-bike chainring lockring is defective, you can use the Bosch lockring to replace the defective part again with an original part from Bosch.
