Description
The original rubber cap for the charging connection of the battery holder on Bosch Active & Performance e-bikes with frame battery from model year 2014. This cap is part of the battery holder, which was still attached to the outside of the frame at that time.
This cap can NOT be used if you have a modern e-bike with an frame integrated Bosch battery. It is therefore not compatible with Bosch PowerTube e-bike frames.
Where does the Bosch cover cap for the frame battery belong?
- This cover cap serves to protect the charging pins (the Bosch PowerPack frame battery charging socket) of the electric bike
- The charging socket is inserted into the Bosch eBike battery holder for the frame battery in order to charge the battery directly in the bicycle
- The Bosch frame battery rubber cap is installed on every e-bike with Bosch Performance and Active Line drive
