The Longus E-Bike Battery Cover ensures full performance of your battery at low temperatures. With the Longus battery cover, your battery enjoys optimal protection against cold and external influences. Due to the flexible material, the cover is compatible for various batteries:

  • Shimano STePS BT8010
  • Bosch PowerPack 400 or 500 frame battery
  • Yamaha 400 or 500 Wh frame battery

E-bike batteries perform best in a temperature range of 20 to 25 degrees Celsius. Therefore, protect your battery from performance loss, which can already be observed below 10 degrees Celsius.
The black, laminated cell rubber of 4.5 mm thickness has optimal insulation properties for improved overall performance of the battery. Thermal insulation and better protection against weathering and surface damage are thus ensured.
At higher temperatures, heat is generated on the battery, so the battery cover should only be used at temperatures below 15 degrees Celsius.
