What is the shortened Bosch drive unit mounting plate needed for?

  • The Bosch mounting plate forms the basis of the motor mount of all Bosch eBikes, which was revised around the end of 2015.
  • This mounting plate is the link between the Bosch Active / Performance motor and the frame on your eBike.
  • The already applied film suppresses possible friction noise (cracking, creaking) between the motor mount and the frame.
