Riese & Müller cable extension for Supernova headlight

The Riese & Müller cable extension is used if you want to relocate the Supernova front headlight on your eBike. This can be done either on a Riese & Müller front carrier or on the fork crown. To be able to use the cable extension, your Supernova must have a U-Power connector. Compatible headlights with this feature include the Supernova Mini 2, Supernova Mini 2 Pro and the Supernova M99 Mini Pro-45.

Accessories and assembly with the Riese & Müller cable extension

Before you change the positions of the front headlight on your eBike, you need to consider two essential points. Firstly, whether you move the headlight from the stem to the front rack or, if there is no luggage rack, fix it to the crown of the fork. And secondly, whether or not your front headlight has an integrated high beam. These two factors will help you find the right accessories for relocating your headlight. The following options are possible together with the Riese & Müller cable extension.

Without front carrier & without high beam

The headlight is mounted on the fork crown using the Riese & Müller lamp holder (item no. 9432). In addition, 1x Riese & Müller cable extension is required.

Without front carrier & with high beam

The headlight is mounted on the fork crown using the Riese & Müller lamp holder (item n. 9432). In addition, 2x Riese & Müller cable extensions are required.

With front carrier & without high beam

The headlight is mounted on the front carrier using the Riese & Müller lamp holder  (item n. 9372-001). In addition, 1x Riese & Müller cable extension is required.

With front carrier & with high beam

The headlight is mounted on the front carrier using the Riese & Müller lamp holder (item n. 9372-001). In addition, 2x Riese & Müller cable extensions are required.
