The Bosch pin cover protects the battery contacts when the battery is removed. Especially during transport on a bike rack, you can keep the contact points clean using the small covers. The pin rubber cover works like a plug and effectively keeps moisture and dirt out. Through the eyelet integrated at the top of the cover, the cover can be easily secured against loss.
