With the Brose Alu belt replacement kit, you can replace a worn or damaged e‑bike drive belt. The kit contains all the components required to replace the drive belt on a Brose aluminium motor. For correct belt tension, the Brose belt tensioner pulley is also required. When replacing the belt, please ensure that you identify the housing material of your Brose motor correctly. This belt replacement kit is designed exclusively for Brose motors with an aluminium housing. If your e‑bike is equipped with a magnesium motor housing, please use the Brose Mag belt replacement kit.

So easy, great kit!
Opened up my 2019 Brose S motor for the first time. Surprised how clean it actually was, which made this belt replacement easy to manage. The kit is excellent and I used the new screws provided, even though the original 6 screws holding the motor together were fine.
The belt is substantially stronger than the original. I had accidentally purchased the Brose S Mag kit, but they come with the same belt, so I have a spare for to swap over in another 4-5 years!
